Santa Clara Short Term Rental Law - Comment Period

The Town of Santa Clara has provided the links below to two documents related to the town's proposed Short Term Rental law. As stated in the first link memo, the town is giving residents the opportunity to comment by February 9 on the proposed law written in the second link. The Upper Saranac Lake Association Government Affairs Committee has decided to listen to the comments brought forward by members and reserve the right to comment on the law after the first hearing in February.  

 

Please feel free to write a letter to the Town with your comments. They must receive your comments by 5:00 PM on February 9th.
